They don’t have the best atmosphere or anything but the fact people expect for the two people working there to make the best food ever and get it to them immediately when there’s usually lines of people for it makes me mad. There’s only so much two people can do and there doing good based on what they can.
Although they are usually busy and have only one or two staff members, they always treat customers with care. The "there you go, honey" feels totally different than having a cup shoved in your face like I got at Tremont DD.
While I understand the frustration some other reviewers have left regarding this location, the manager (who is usually working on-site fulfilling orders) is very friendly and clearly puts in the work to make the place run. He has never messed my order up and has even given me free upgrades like whipped cream and a large size. Some staff needs better training but I can't say I've had a bad experience here. Unless something drastic changes I'll keep coming back!
