Honestly the service can be great and the employees can be really nice but this morning upon walking in to pick up my order I caught the end of an interaction of what seemed like to be a manager in his employee and the way he was speaking to her regardless of what the conversation was was extremely disrespectful and also saying that she's rude and it's because of her culture and her people that she's rude I found to see really racist and he kept going with the...

This location is amazing! I go here often if not every other day and their staff are attentive and friendly. Management as well as everyone else on the team are always kind and provide quick service.

It's really a hit or miss when it comes to this Dunkin location, which is unfortunate because it's the one closest to my work. One of the cashiers (the woman with glasses) seems to not have great hearing or just doesn't know the menu well and has messed up my order a few times. Otherwise fast service and drinks are decently well made.
