I used to go to the Dunkins on Boylston Street, the staff there could never get my order right and if I had to say anything about it they would give so much attitude. I gave up on Dunkins until I found out there was another on Newbury St. The staff there are completely different, they're nice, quick, have good memory for their customers orders and its clean! I hope the company respects this staff because they're great!
They are doing a really nice job remodeling these stores. More attractive, improved selections. And they enforce anti-loitering rules, unlike Starbucks, which makes it a better customer experience. Better loyalty program too, especially since Starbucks messed around with theirs.
The staff was amazing but I had a guy follow me all through the store trying for me to give him money..the staff took control of the situation after I told him to back of Cops had to be called and the Cops took care of it..but I applaud the staff at that dunkins for there professionalism
