Being from Texas, never got the Dunkin’ hype—until I tried this location. The food is always 5-star and never misses. Service and atmosphere are pretty good, and the staff is nice (rare these days). The store was recently renovated, looks great, and even has free parking—a Boston rarity. This spot made me finally understand why people love Dunkin’ here!

I visit this Dunkin EVERY day since it's the closest one to my house. In all honesty, the service is about 50/50. Most employees are friendly & efficient, but the older Indian gentleman is not, nor is the chunky manager, Maria. She has a very poor attitude toward customers and employees alike. I've witness her on several occasions talk condescending to employees within earshot of customers, and as someone with a background in management, that is frowned upon. Corporate should take action. I was compelled to write the review today because she treated me poorly 2 days in a row this week. Common knowledge that you respond when a customer thanks you. Awful smh.

Worse Dunkin’ experience ever. Crew members looked like they were high, couldn’t get my order right in 3 attempts and I only had a large matcha latte with sweet foam…and to think i went there to apply for a job 😔

The worst DD I’ve ever visited. Staffs are unkind and intentionally trying to substitute order fraudulently. Better to check your order before leave.
María, Érica, Altagracia, Kamala make this Dunkin location the best out of all other locations. Great service, atmosphere and the orders always right.
