Being from Texas, never got the Dunkin’ hype—until I tried this location. The food is always 5-star and never misses. Service and atmosphere are pretty good, and the staff is nice (rare these days). The store was recently renovated, looks great, and even has free parking—a Boston rarity. This spot made me finally understand why people love Dunkin’ here!

We ordered two identical cappuccino, and surprisingly, the weight of them was different. I had to ask an associate to add coffee to one of the cups. She added milk instead. :-) There is a restroom with a big sign, "For employees only." On a positive note, there are a few free parking spots ?

Unfriendly staff... Needs work on customer service and professionalism. Asked if they had milk. The cashier obliged and was going to assist with selling me a cup of milk with my donut when the gentleman "standing around" behind her interrupted and stated "we don't sell milk like that if you want milk you can go over to the *7-11 over there meaning the "gull gas station". If someone is already helping me I didn't understand him hurting business...
