Ordered a simple sausage eff and cheese on croissant with an ice coffee. Watched multiple people that ordered after me get their order. Asked a staff member about my order and she rudely said 30 minutes. This location won't be getting my business ever again.

went in today to enjoy a pinapple coolatta and enjoy a free donut that comes with it. don't know the menu so when I seen the drink for 3.69 I thought there was only one price. as I asked for the drink the middle eastern woman asked what size. I told her I'm not sure I only saw one price of 3.69 and then she yells "WHAT SIZE" So I said whatever 3.69 is. she then made the worse pinapple coolatta I've ever tasted and the label says vanilla bean which there is non of. this was in Alewife, Cambridge mass 201 Alewife Brook Pkwy, Cambridge, MA 02138 the worst staff.

I buy a black iced coffee every day at different locations as I travel daily through RI, CT, and MA for work. I have a 50/50 chance of getting a watery ice coffee with no flavor that looks like an iced tea. WHY? Why isn’t each location consistent? When it’s made correctly it’s so good but when it’s bad it has no flavor and basically is iced brown water! I spend $60/ month at Dunkin’ Donuts and am disappointed half the time.

Food is ok. Location didn’t have items that were available for purchase through app. Had to ask for a refund for the missing items; would have been better if that was automatic.

every time I go to a dunkin donuts no matter which one I go to it's always the same deal...they never make the sandwiches right. the croissants always fall apart in your hand, most times the bacon is either way over cooked or extremely under cooked. So I completely stopped doing business with them I now go out of my way to find a small shop that makes breakfast sandwiches. I am tired of spending money on food that I ultimately end up throwing away because I don't have time in the morning to go back to dunkins to return the garbage they sold me. And no exaggeration I've wasted tons of money on food from them that I don't eat!

I was a customer this morning at the mystic Ave Medford store. They had six people working that I could see. After standing in line with just three of us in the line the woman in front of me just asked if anyone was going to help us and not concentrate just on the drive through. The cashier yelled at her saying they are busy. She then threw her out of the store. The customer said absolutely nothing wrong and wasn’t out of control and what was said wasn’t unwarranted. I walked out with her and although I’ve been going to that dunks for years because I live within a two minute walk I’ll never go back. You wouldn’t mind but I get a very simple order just a regular coffee with an espresso shot they never get it right. I bet they owe me 100 dollars of espresso shots they charged me for and never added. I see Starbucks in my future. I know employees are hard to get right now but customer service is at an all time low at this location anyway.

Against my better judgement, i thought I'd give them a third chance...and sure enough, this crappy location proved how much they SUCK. I ordered a specialty drink and a few donuts, and they cancelled my order because they didn't feel like making it. Done.
