Food tasted cheaply made and heavy with fat. Not a great value for the price.
Their meatball appetizer tasted like it had too much breading used as a filler to make it big.
The waitress said they couldn't customize any of the pizza toppings because they're new, but I've known plenty of other new restaurants with this ability. But we ended up ordering their buffalo chicken pizza and their mushroom pizza.
The buffalo chicken pizza was scarce with chicken toppings. It was soggy and tasted like drinking buffalo sauce.
The mushroom was really greasy and oily. It left a heavy fat feeling like I just ate a stick of butter.
I feel like there many other pizza places with better value when comparing their pricing.

YUM. Very good pizza.
We can after they recently opened, and it was clear that the staff was still being trained. The food and drinks were good, but pricey for what they were. The location is beautiful and very trendy, but it lacks warmth. It feels similar to the other brand-new, gentrification-chic spots popping up in Alston. I would visit again for the location and to see our very kind server, but if it's pizza and beer im craving, I'd find better quality and better prices at the Charles River Speedway down the street.

LOVE LOVE LOVE. Perfect in every way - dough, char, texture, cheese, sauce… all of it. Baked clams were delicious, too! Highly recommend. Will be back.

What an absolute gem - the service, food, menu and overall experience was a 12/10 - can’t wait to come back. Thanks to Sean and Samuel and the whole crew for an awesome birthday dinner!

This is by far the best pizza I've had in the Boston area. I'm from New Haven CT and was spoiled growing up with great pizza. For my 20 years in Boston I've been searching for a pizza that has all the right elements, and this place nails it!! The sauce, the ratio of cheese, the char on the crust. 10 out of 10. Can't speak highly enough.

Incredibly thoughtful combinations of food.
Burrata with nduja - the cool, creamy burrata paired beautifully with the nduja, offering a fresh and unique twist that highlighted their flavors without overwhelming the palate. A simple, elegant dish that let the ingredients shine on their own.
Braised greens pizza - the kale brought a hearty, earthy depth to the pizza, complemented by the subtle brininess of the anchovies scattered throughout for balanced pops of flavor in every bite. A creative and satisfying option with great visual appeal.
Service was attentive and unrushed, adding to the relaxed vibe—especially impressive for opening month!
Standout features include the interesting wine selections that paired perfectly with the menu, and the welcoming atmosphere that made the whole experience enjoyable.
Highly recommend!!

WOW. Our half cheese and half buffalo chicken pizza came out first. I was on the 3rd bite of my pizza slice when the Queen of dishes arrived- Rigatoni Eggplant 🤤🤤. You have to try it for yourself, words and reviews will not do your taste buds justice. (P.s. I never finished my slice of pizza); next time.

Thrilled we tried Fido in Allston! The staff are lovely and create a real neighborhood pizza shop vibe. We loved their suggestions: rip the garlic bread to dip in the molten ricotta & mozzarella center and then in the marinara that comes with the tender, scrumptious meatball. The chopped antipasto was crisp and perfectly dressed. Just that would have been a wonderful lunch but I'm so glad we also tried the amazing thin crust pizzas. That char was heaven on the dreamy cheese pizza and the potato pizza was just the unexpected treat they said it would be. Can't wait to try the DOC next time. The locals and the Harvard community are lucky to have them!

the kitchen appreciation fee should be optional if youre only getting something from the bar and not the kitchen. If you ask for it to be removed they say no. the drink was fine.
Was in town visiting family and saw this place just opened so wanted to give it a try. We had the garlic bread, tomato and fruit salad, and The Doc to share. Every dish was excellent. You can really feel the staffs excitement and buzz for creating a great dining experience. Wish I had a Fido in my home town!

Yummiest, most ethereal pizza I’ve ever tasted. I could eat it multiple times a week and never get bored. The vibe and staff are fun. The drinks are so unique and work perfectly with the pizza. If there is a pizza hater in your midst (gasp) not to worry because there are salads and pastas to devour.
