The food and atmosphere are always amazing. The staff are attentive and authentically engaging. We just love this place! Highly recommend!!!!!
We thoroughly enjoyed the food & people! Especially the focaccia, gnocchi, and saltimbocca!
Amazing restaurant overall. The service was great. Provided yummy recommendations on what to order. Food was quick to come out and so delicious. Would highly recommend to anyone.
As always, great service and great food. We were seated within minutes of our reservation time. Great spot to take the train from Beverly into North Station and just a 5 - 10 minute walk
I could not have had a better experience at Filippo Ristorante. The meal was amazing, the atmosphere was perfect, and the staff were wonderful.
We chose Filippo for the solid reviews and good proximity to the Garden. The menu had so many wonderful things to choose from. Ultimately we chose the lasagna and could not recommend it enough. Our server was very sweet, helpful, and made great recommendations on food, wine, and dessert. My only slight complaint is that it took too long to get our check after we had finished eating and were trying to get to a show. However, I chalked this up to Americans always being in a rush and Europeans having a more relaxed mindset when it comes to meals. I recommend communicating when you need your check if you have somewhere to be. Overall, would highly recommend for a classic old-school Italian meal. Definitely will return.
Such an amazing dinner with my 7 year old and wife! The staff was great and so welcoming to everyone! The food tasted so well and it was a great experience overall!
This restaurant markets that they have Air Conditioning, they did not use yesterday. We just cooked. It was ridiculously hot in this restaurant but with tickets to an event at the garden it was too late to change dinner plans. We asked for a fan, AC, open a window, move us. Nothing was done. We had two people in our party with food allergy and the waitress did not instill any confidence that the chef would cook correctly. We were not impressed.
I took my daughter's to Filippo before we went to a concert and it was perfect! The food and service were fantastic and it was a short walk to the garden
7 of us visited Filippo on a summer Saturday night. The food was just okay at best- but priced according to North End tourist prices. The women's bathroom was flooded and the toilets would not flush. The whole experience was very underwhelming.

Didn't love the location at first, as it is on the outside edge of the north end in Boston. But it's very close to the train, and out of the way of all the tourist at this time of year. Food was very good and consistent. Very nice olive oil. Lovely bread. Good food. Very satisfactory
Nice place and a funny waiter who served me 🍝☕️ I ordered coffee and pasta with calamari

Amazing food and service. Christian was such a great host, and elevated what was already a great meal into something else entirely. Absolutely worth a visit.
