We stopped in for fortification while following the Freedom Trail. Variety of Martinis drew our eye and Espressso, Peanutbutter and Lemoncelli martinis were all tried and were excellent. Christian was a wonderful host, so much so we booked for dinner later that night.
Returning later that evening, the restaurant was buzzing. Christian was very attentive and guided us on options to suit our dietary needs.
Loved the food, the service and the atmosphere. Thank you for a great evening!

If you want a good time,. this place is where you need to be. If you see Christian behind the bar, please get all the martinis. I had the Espresso, Lychee and Pistachio. PERFECT.
Is a great way to start the afternoon, a great way to end the night.
The love and hospitality I received here, priceless.
Try their lasagna, I trust Christian's.
To Christian, if you are seeing this, you are da best.

The folks at Filippo’s exhibit great hospitality and treat their guests like family. Each time I go there I’m pleased with the food, and the service is exceptional. I’m a big fan of the lava cake especially.

They were so nice and the food was really good!
The best dining experience I’ve ever had. Waiter was extremely personable and brought us 3 boxes of play dough to entertain us and complimented our creations

We stopped in for a quick bite and cocktail before UConn Men’s bb game. Fried Calamari was lightly fried and delicious. Marisol makes the best espresso martinis!

The Lychee Martini was one of the best I have ever had… they say is the best… and it is true. Christian was really nice and he keep everything under control there. We did not eat there but the food looks delicious. We definitely recommend everyone to stop by.

Not good experience, to be fair the ingredients are fresh, but all dishes were blend, and in addition the price you pay is not what you get, I ordered Papá Celestino, no salt at all, and vegetables not cooked, the sauce was ok, lobster ravioli overcooked and very simple presentation, the service was nice but overwhelming they ask you if you don’t like it just because you don’t finish in a pushy way, and the check was in my table 15 mins after I asked for it twice, not recommended guys. I’m sorry

Loved this place. Being a veg head, italian is usually safe. Christian was very accommodating on an adjustment and make a recommendation for us to get a spicy pomodoro spaghetti. Yum, yum and freaking yum!!!
The empty plate says it all!
Espresso post dinner - yum!!!
