First time here. It's loud and a bit chaotic. Waiting for the grill is time consuming. There seems to be more guests than the grill / cooks can handle. It was a one time experience but I don't think we will ever come back.

Fire & ice is always a fun time, food is always fresh, clean environment but most the staff is AMAZING! But I have to give a big shout out TO my waitress Karinny omg that girl must LOVE HER JOB because she was absolutely the BEST she smiled, laughed told lil jokes but most of all she was attentive & if she hasn't already she needs a RAISE!

I loved it and the food was worth it. It was my son's bday and the staff was nice enough to make it special for him. The atmosphere was nice and friendly; I'll definitely come back.
