This is my go to for breakfast before work. The staff here is very friendly. The environment is nice and it’s rarely overcrowded. I mostly get their breakfast egg sandwich, but their baked goods are also delicious.
Food is solid but operationally this place is frustrating. Quite slow for a counter order place even when they’re not very busy. I like their fiery hot chocolate but it’s 50/50 on whether they actually make it that way vs. make it regular, which is irritating given they charge extra for fiery. Just went in on National Cookie day which they hyped with an email and then, by 11:45 am, were already out of every type of cookie but one. I’ll often order ahead for a specific pickup...
Service was great! Shout out to the barista who informed me that my drink might be too sweet due to the extra syrup I added (on top of what was already in it). She had me taste test it and offered to make me a new one if I didn’t like it. Hope she has the best day.
