Food is good. Not glorious like some may claim. Service is slow. Avoid breakfast, lunch , and dinner hours rush. Might be faster outside these hours. Space is cozy when not busy, cramped when it is. Not sure what to make of the staff though. Flirty, unattentive, unhappy. Possibly underpaid? Not a terrible spot but could be better.
Dropped by for a late lunch and tried the roast chicken sandwich with mashed avocado and jicama slaw — super fresh, packed with texture and flavor. The bread was soft but held up, and the slaw added a cool crunch. Staff was upbeat and actually seemed like they liked being there. The café gets busy but still felt organized. Restroom was clean, smelled fresh (not like bleach, just... clean). Great little escape in the middle of Seaport hustle.
