I drive from Watertown to get Fornax bread regularly. I love their multigrain, white, and raisin walnut. Something in their flour mix—is it rye? — makes their bread hearty and firm. Also ALL their tea breads are moist and yummy. The staff is very friendly and pleasant. Makes the trip worth it.

The food here is excellent and the prices are reasonable. I always go for the “pick two“ option. Don’t leave there without a loaf of bread and a dessert, because they’re all great. They even have doggy cookies. The staff is a little bit weak on English, so don’t plan on engaging in any witty banter, or asking their opinion on the menu items.

Have enjoyed the bakery items at fornax for several years but today we got cupcakes for my daughter's birthday and they were expensive, small, and very dry. I do not recommend their cupcakes.
