Great breakfast and service. We like to stay at this hotel when in town. The bar inside the Hilton is great too. .

The service was incredible. Desmond is outstanding! He was so great to chat with every night while we grabbed a drink at the bar.The charcuterie board was a delicious snack before dinner. The wings were great and so was the shrimp cocktail appetizer! The vibe and atmosphere was relaxed yet fun and social! Located in the Hilton Back Bay lobby for easy convenience for a quick drink and snack or for an evening!

Jen at the copley Hilton made our night. She waited on us and was absolutely fantastic. She was attentive, funny and made great suggestions. Jen Really truly made the experience of a hotel lobby bar the best it could be.

I can only speak to the breakfast but I have eaten there more than once. I have found it to be consistently good. As expected, it's standard hotel breakfast fare with a decent buffet and a la carte options. The service is speedy and cheerful, exactly what is needed at that time of day. At least for breakfast, things have greatly improved since some of the negative reviews here.

Only went there because I could redeem food & beverage credit as a Hilton Gold member. The food was mediocre, dry and tasteless. It was also extremely overpriced. Friendly staff though.

The convenient location inside the hotel is nice. The staff were very pleasant and on top of everything. The dining area was very clean and looks nice. Unfortunately, the food was nothing to write home about and was insanely expensive. For example, a stack of three pancakes costs $18 and a small bowl of cereal was $8. Absolutely will not return with prices like those. A shame, because it was very pretty and the staff were great people.

I could've chosen to call it a night after the concert, but wanted to wind down with some dinner. It was around 11pm & there was nothing easier or more convenient than our hotel restaurant & bar. Forty Dalton definitely lived up to my low expectations & its low overall Yelp rating. Her shrimp lettuce wraps & my mushroom pasta with cream sauce, chicken, & broccoli was chain restaurant quality. The unacceptable part of our meal is that something cause me GI discomfort the next morning (I can't pinpoint the culprit.) Service was absolutely horrendous. I understand they were absolutely slammed with hungry & thirsty concert goers but our waiter disappeared after bringing out our food & the waiter who finally brought us our check was rude for no reason. Lesson learned: avoid hotel restaurants & take my butt to sleep instead of going for a late-nite meal.

I read the reviews and has some trepidation. It proved justified. I figured that the flatbread was pretty safe. Not so. It was disappointing. If you can leave the hotel for dinner, please do so.

Last week was our first time we visited this magnificent restaurant. But It is absolutely not the last time. We enjoyed the evening a lot with the good service, with the excellent food and wine and with the modest charge. We will absolutely visit there soon.

Good martinis. The clam chowder is rich, lots of clams and tasty. Shrimp cocktail had some limpid shrimp. A bit soggy. Vegetable Lo mein is a special treat served in a Taco shell. Watch out for the table, some have no leg space! Cannot see TV over the bar, they are too small, obviously a late addition.
