Jen at the copley Hilton made our night. She waited on us and was absolutely fantastic. She was attentive, funny and made great suggestions. Jen Really truly made the experience of a hotel lobby bar the best it could be.
I can only speak to the breakfast but I have eaten there more than once. I have found it to be consistently good. As expected, it's standard hotel breakfast fare with a decent buffet and a la carte options. The service is speedy and cheerful, exactly what is needed at that time of day. At least for breakfast, things have greatly improved since some of the negative reviews here.

The service was incredible. Desmond is outstanding! He was so great to chat with every night while we grabbed a drink at the bar.The charcuterie board was a delicious snack before dinner.
