“Dinner at Frenchie Bistro last night was outstanding from start to finish. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, the kind of neighborhood spot that feels both sophisticated and comfortable. Our server, Sophia, provided exceptional service, attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable about the menu, and genuinely friendly. She made the evening feel special. The food was superb. The lamb chops were tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The steak frites hit all the right notes: juicy steak with crisp, golden fries. And the cassoulet was rich, hearty, and deeply satisfying — a true classic done right. Overall, Frenchie Bistro delivered on every front: impeccable service, delicious food, and a relaxed, elegant vibe. A true gem — we'll definitely be back.“

“A treasure of a restaurant on busy Cambridge St - walk through the door and you’re in a different world. Servers quickly become friends. Great spot for a romantic dinner for two but still a place where a solo diner feels welcome. Wonderful menu with choices for the adventurous and not so adventurous eater. My new favorite spot for lunch or dinner in Boston.“

“Interesting arrangement of lively front-of-house bar and quiet white-tablecloth dining room a bit further in. Each has its own menu although some items show up on both. We were seated in the peaceful dining room, a romantic room decorated with vintage French posters and fresh flowers on the tables. My husband and I chose the crispy potato pave' with truffle from the sides list to share as an appetizer; it was delicious. I had the Scottish salmon with flageolet beans and Brussels sprouts, which were all excellent. My husband had the roast duck breast and loved it. Our server was attentive but not intrusive. Overall it was a lovely experience, with delicious food, close to South Station.“

“It was my boyfriend's birthday and dinner at Mistral was beyond my expectations. The food was OMG and the staff very professional and friendly. The ambiance is very nice and the fact that the lighting is nooot bright made it extra romantic for us. Definitely coming back!!!“
