This location of Friendly's is horrible. I've liked the actual restaurant elsewhere, but here, the wait was terribly long. My husband's burger was not hot at all and my wrap was filled with completely soggy lettuce and tomatoes that were not even recognizably tomatoes since they were very mushy. We also tried to order a milkshake and they said "no milkshake" but I'm pretty sure they were just too lazy to make it. Place ALWAYS has a long wait. If there's no line can still take a while. Green eggs and ham, huh? Dunno what can cause that but that's what I see; I assume it's fine. It ain't no fast-food in my experience at all. Definitely won't be back.

The quality of food and the service is very poor. The fries/ chips that was served was over cooked or cooked multiple times, so it was really dry, hard like crisps and shocking in oil. When I asked 2 portions fries to be replaced with freshly cooked fries only one was replaced as the young man who was serving argued he ate the same fries earlier.
