If there was an option to submit a no star rating review on a business I most definitely would. The customer service was absolutely horrible and poor representation of the business. Register workers were extremely rude for absolutely no reason completely unprovoked. The final straw was when the worker was calling out the food orders called my order and while he saw me reaching for the bag he chose to drop the bag on the counter in front of me instead of handing it to me. Standing in line for 5 mins, no big deal. Get to the register and amLooking at the menu to decide what they have and order. Rude cashier says what can I get you , I said I’m looking at the menu, she said oh you don’t what you want, you can go to the back of the line. then I said I can’t look at the menu, then she told me To leave.
Everyone had the same idea prior to our early morning at the airport. I think I ended up waiting 30 minutes in line but I had time to wait. It's a lot quicker and you don't have to wait in line if you mobile ordered. Some lady announced halfway through my wait. Since I don't go to Dunkin too often, it didn't seem like something I wanted to do. Finally when I got up to the counter, I got a hot chocolate and two breakfast sandwiches. And the food actually came out in 5 minutes....read full review
