We are at the Boston airport location for a quick bite before heading home and were very disappointed. It was $40 for a glorified fast food burger. Patty looked and tasted like a frozen one.
Come here a few times and experience is hit or miss but generally miss. Beer is good and fairly priced. Entrees are expensive - which is understandable for an airport - but inconsistent. Fried pickles were a cold, cardboard abomination

I used the self-ordering counter and purchased a bacon burger. However, upon receiving it, I found it to be barely warm. The test was well below average. Furthermore, I did not receive the soft drink I had ordered. Fortunately, I retained the receipt, as the server claimed that no drink had been ordered.It's disappointing that the establishment tarnishes the welcoming atmosphere of Boston airport.
