Wow! All I can say is wow! Ordered a fried chicken sandwich and it was incredible! Crispy, cool slaw, crunchy chicken. Definitely the kind of fried chicken sandwich dreams are made of! Ordered loaded fries with pork OMG! Fries were extra crispy so they didn’t get soggy when sauce was applied, pork was insanely crispy and savory! The slaw was just the perfect texture and the pickled onion added the perfect bite of acid!

Let me start by saying the short lady in the front is very rude she will serve her people while you call 30 minutes ahead still when you get there you still have to wait for another 25 to 30 minutes inside is not clean the fritay is good but the service is terrible

I hate to write a negative review but these folks at Fritay can cook but their customer service suck. The food is very tasty but there's no regard for the customer, and in addition they often run out of items on the menu. There's never any bannann or pilkiz and sometimes they don't have rice and sos pwa. The food tastes really good but the folks there are frustrating. It's something when a customer is paying their money and have to settle. They really don't care at Fritay... take it or leave it attitude.

I called to put in my order the guy I spoke with told me they didn’t have any griot they only have tassot so I drove there to pick up my food the lady was very ignorant, rude I told her I come to pick up my food she told me sorry there’s no tassot like for real I put the order over the Danm phone why the guy couldn’t tell me that . Someone had referred me to this place I will never go back there . Customer service is sucks

Poor customer service, the server was very rude. They had the food I requested. I saw it with my own 2 eyes, and the lady told me no more left. The place is not clean, and it is expensive for nothing. The food was very greassy and tasted like left over (see pictures below). Went there once and will NEVER step foot in there again.

If I could give this zero stars I would. I ordered chicken and rice, and told the guy I don't eat pork. Instead I was given Fritay and fried pork. I went all the way home, realized I was given the wrong food, came to bring it back, the lady is standing there bad mouthing me to my face with the guy. I left without food and my money. Well dispute it with my bank. Please do not eat there, these people are bad, you don't need that kind of people preparing your food.

It says online they accept ebt I called them before I arrived to confirm and nobody answered when I got there I waited for someone to take the order and nobody came then a family came in and they immediately took their order when I asked her if they took ebt as payment they said no, there is no AC in there and it looks very unsanitary, unless you want to enter a sauna room I don’t recommend this restaurant
