Poor customer service, the server was very rude. They had the food I requested. I saw it with my own 2 eyes, and the lady told me no more left. The place is not clean, and it is expensive for nothing. The food was very greassy and tasted like left over (see pictures below). Went there once and will NEVER step foot in there again.

If I could give this zero stars I would. I ordered chicken and rice, and told the guy I don't eat pork. Instead I was given Fritay and fried pork. I went all the way home, realized I was given the wrong food, came to bring it back, the lady is standing there bad mouthing me to my face with the guy. I left without food and my money. Well dispute it with my bank. Please do not eat there, these people are bad, you don't need that kind of people preparing your food.

It says online they accept ebt I called them before I arrived to confirm and nobody answered when I got there I waited for someone to take the order and nobody came then a family came in and they immediately took their order when I asked her if they took ebt as payment they said no, there is no AC in there and it looks very unsanitary, unless you want to enter a sauna room I don’t recommend this restaurant

Horrible customer service, food takes forever to get ready. No acknowledgement when walking in the store
First time ever walking into this place: The woman in that restaurant is so damn rude. I walked in and she not only didn't say a word to me (after she assister the customer before me,) but she turned around and started doing something else. A guy came from the back of the kitchen grabs a small bowl, looks at me, and then starts putting food for himself so immediately walked out.Fritay is embarrassing to the Haitian people (whom I have much respect for ) they have a bunch that makes them that makes you pass judgment on a people if you have never interacted with them.

David cange if you want to keep your business you have to change your workers specially the lady's in front who serves people she is very rude i order turkey and rice and beans the food was iced cold i called them to ask why they sent me a cold food she told me bring the food back so she warmed up the food in the microwave I'm very upset what she told me i paid $18 for cold food that's completely disgusting and a big bowl of source 4 pieces turkey one piece potato look at the food and the fry plain look at this and she's hang up the phone on my face
