Tender beef with a great broth and bahn mi
The Chao was very good. Gạo Vietnamese Kitchen has 4.9 stars in a town with a huge Viet population.
Street parking is a huge plus.

Attention to details... Amazing service, condiments, balanced portions, and even better food. I got their signature hu tieu nam vang (Phnom penh noodles) which is a seafood pork bones broth with seafood and pork and crunchy pork chicharrons. You can get it with broth and noodle (egg or rice or combo) separate. Can't wait to try the other things in their menu like the snails cooked in salty egg yolk sauce or the wild boar in curry
Lovely spot! Tasty food with a number of rarer dishes to find (at least based on availability where I'm from). Quite enjoyed the oxtail hue soup, and look forward to trying the snails next time!
