I was happy they had cakes on demand because I needed a really nice cake for my aunt's 67th birthday. I always love the atmosphere in there and the customer service is wonderful. Unfortunately, the mojitos pineapple cake was a little too bland. Definitely on the dry side, but since it was not freshly made..i guess that is the chance you take. But then the more devastating issue....my mom found a hair in the cake. Very disappointed. Can't really see it in the photo. I'm sure it was an honest mistake but not really inclined to try their other delicacies. Although, I still want to try their coffee or whatever drink I keep seeing people come out of there with. The empanadas are ok for a spur of the moment hunger pang.

I went to buy a birthday cake for my daughter's birthday cake, it was delicious. All my friends who eat the cake, including myself, my daughter, my mom, etc love the cake. I really recommend this bakery to buy a birthday cake here. ? I love it. The best! Lo mejor!

the service here is terrible i would give zero stars if I could. I ordered a cake july 3 to pick up on july 12, and they called me on saturday the 6th saying the cake was ready, and i had told them it was for the following week and when i went they told me they had thrown the cake in the trash, without notifying me.

I am from the south and these people have the best empanadas we have to stop on our family trip to Boston to get some
Placed order a month in advance for my son’s graduation. I was nervous with outcome but read reviews and decided to give them a try. Sent a picture of desired image . Drove all the way from New York to Boston, attending and I was pleasantly surprised they got the details down to the tee. Pickup was smooth and cake was ready to go. Me and the family even enjoyed the pastelitos and quipes that were delicious!!! Would recommend with my eyes closed! Picture did not do it justice.
My son birthday is April 12,2024 & I order him a cake from gondres on the 9th of April I told her I want a cake like this with no ballon's or controllers or nothing I simply just wanted the cake including the birthday logo, I want nothing but the CAKE, he included on the receipt to add the happy birthday logo, they did not include no birthday logo, No nothing the cake didnt even look like the one I wanted the birthday cake I got looked like if it was for a 3 year old ,my son was turning 16 do you really think he wants A 3 year old looking cake?? No i dont think so, then when I picked up the cake I brought it to my car & notice a plain cake with no birthday logo or nothing then i went back inside to tell her she want say bring the cake back inside so i can write you the happy birthday logo like girl NO! that should of already been in the cake I was so pissed off I drove off & went home, NEVER AGAIN!!!!! do you see the difference from botj cakes????

I ordered a plain cream cake with no color on the borders. The employee charges me $5 extra for the color alone. When I pick up the order, the cake is white with green borders. This not the first time they mess up my order. They don’t even credit you or apologize for their mistakes - very unprofessional. Never ordering there again.
