This place was great! We made a reservation but we had to wait a few extra minutes for our table to be ready. To apologize they offered us a complimentary round of mimosas! Additionally, the food was amazing and perfectly cooked and the atmosphere was very classy. Highly recommend!!

Terrible service, way toooooo SLOW
Took us 20 mins to get seated, another 15 mins to get our waitress and first glass of water, then we took a look at the menu, waited another 30 mins for the waitress to come back again to take our order. Then, I asked how long is the wait for the food, the waitress said 15mins, and again after another 25 mins with no food on the table, we went back to our hotel room at the Langham. The decoration is great but the service is way too too slow for anyone who actually wants to eat food here. Do NOT recommend

I went to brunch here for my birthday with my friends thinking the food was going to be mid knowing how every place in Boston that is aesthetically pleasing has bad food, but my standards were raised after dining here. The food was excellent, it was beyond my expectations. I don’t drink alcohol and I asked my server if it was possible to get an espresso martini without the martini and she managed to do so. Her name was Katherine or Catherine im not sure how to spell it, but she was the best. I instantly loved her vibes, her attitude, professionalism, attentiveness, and kindness. When I go back I would love to have her again as my server. I usually never have a restaurant spot I say I would go back to, but this place did it for me, I have another reservation planned. Even if the food options are limited, they taste great. 10/10 vibes, location and food. Also, even observing the other servers, they all had such good attitudes as I used to be a server myself, and it really surprised me how professional and kind they are.

This place is so stunning and the food is delicious. I highly recommend the lobster cannoli. I’m so glad I came when the Christmas decorations were up. I had the best time with my friend and we plan on coming back.

Grana has a gorgeous atmosphere, set in the former Federal Reserve Bank, with its grand decor and high ceilings creating an elegant vibe. However, the food was pretty mediocre—went there for brunch, and while the presentation was nice, the flavors didn’t quite live up to the setting. On the upside, the drinks were fun and creative, adding some excitement to the experience. Overall, it’s worth visiting for the ambiance, but don’t expect to be wowed by the food.

The atmosphere and service were great. However, the food was not that delicious based on the price. We got burratini, crab avocado toast and carbonara benedict. Crab avocado toast was not tasty and the crab was very dry (maybe broiled too much). Burratini was ok. I think the only tasty one was carbonara benedict. I enjoyed the cocktail “Citrus Summer”. I found it a bit expensive as we paid $65 per person (3 people in total - including taxes and tips) as the food was not that good.

An anniversary brunch for my husband and I's trip to Boston. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. I have allergies and they were so accommodating and polite, made me feel comfortable. Would have given five stars but more of a personal preference that I like more hollandaise on my Benedict and poached eggs a more runny. Highly recommend the Grana.
It's an absolutely beautiful establishment. We couldn't have asked for a better server. He was so kind, knowledgeable and accommodating. He really went above and beyond. We went for brunch - The drinks and food were amazing. Can't wait to go back!
Great service, ambiance, and food! My date has a gluten allergy and our server was fantastic about accommodating her dietary restrictions. The ambiance was romantic but lively, even for brunch! We had a great time and we'll certainly be back again!
