I ordered an overpriced fish dish which was for some reason, deep fried and very hard to crack open. Once I found the fish inside it was tasteless, all 2oz of it. However, the tiramisu was very good.

I just want to say, this restaurant has done above and beyond for me for my birthday. The ambience of overlooking the Boston harbor, the beautiful architecture and furniture set the mood for a nice sit-down dinner. The food was amazing and flavorful and surprisingly typical Boston pricing (except maybe some of the drinks). The service I must say, takes the cake. Kind and prompt service, and they like to entertain here and there. They overheard that it was my birthday dinner and surprised me with a small cake with lit candles! You can walk along the harbor for nice pictures. And the inexpensive 5$ parking for eating at Seaport. I had a memorable birthday here with my friends, thank you so much to this place for a very pleasant surprise.

Easy and convenient spot in the Hyatt Regency Boston Harbor. Fantastic views of the Boston skyline. Loved the crispy octopus! Service always great.

The food at Harborside Grill and Patio is Amazing. Me and my date went there for the first time and we were amazed by the excellent staff and their superior customer service. The view of the harbor was amazing!!! This is the best restaurant in Boston if you want to enjoy the view of Boston from the harbor or enjoy the true taste of New England food. The food is cook to perfection and the customer service is excellent!

Awesome views and outdoor space, $5 validated parking a plus.

The Fried Octopus appetizer was really good. The Fisherman’s platter was not good at all. It was very crunchy and tasteless. For the price I do not recommend. Sorry, I am a big fan of Hyatt and I think they should do better. My wife’s lobster roll didn’t measure up to the others she had on our trip.

The food was amazing with the exception of the boston cream pie. It was good, but a bit dry. The service was wonderful and the view is really something - we were there at night and the lights of the city over the water were beautiful. The only real complaint I have is that the tables are very close to each other. It makes for uncomfortable conversation when you know the people right next to you can hear every word you are saying and you can hear what they are saying. Not much privacy.

We decided to visit on our last night before an early morning flight. The hostess was lovely and we were lucky enough to be seated by the window. An adorable older couple were seated next to us. Our server, who seemed a bit flustered, came over to take our order along with the couple next to us. He was also waiting on two larger parties of around 6-8. Our drinks and soup came out in short order. Everyone around us was getting their orders quickly, and after about 30 minutes we began to get antsy. He asked the couple next to us about their meal, and the lady told him it was mediocre. She commented to us that she couldn't believe we didn't have our food yet after he had rushed away again. I looked for our server, William, and finally made eye contact. He physically jumped, got wide-eyed, and turned around and began typing furiously on his touchscreen. (I am certain he forgot to put our order in.) He came to the table and proceeded to berate the kitchen staff and said he would check on the food and didn't know what was going on. He never once made any attempt at an apology or do anything to try and make up for it. He was nearly hostile at this point and would no longer look at or acknowledge me, even going so far as to ask my husband all pertinent questions. It was about another 20 minutes before we got our burger and fries. When asked for a dessert menu, he brought the menu (and only ONE) directly to my husband and asked him what HE wanted. We got our dessert to go. We did not leave a tip. It's honestly not that hard to be honest and kind.

Ate here 3 times during our stay. Food was very good, although pizza was average. It was usually quite busy so there was a wait but staff was nice, very friendly and accommodating. Loved the patio area with fire pit tables! Gorgeous view! Can't beat it.

The views are very nice. The food is ok.We went to have dinner there on my ceremony day and they gave us a problem to put 11 people together in a table because they did not have enough chairs (there was another table with that amount of people). After me and my spouse talked to them several times, and I said that it was very sad that my in laws had to have dinner in a tiny separate table on my wedding night, they brought more chairs for us so we could seat all together. They were very tall for our table but at least they tried.I also had to ask for a drink 3 times. The rest was good.

I already love Harborside grill, but Mrs. Roberta made me fall in love with the place all over again. Her hospitality was amazing and she was so helpful with the situation I was experiencing. The morning crew treated me like family and made sure I ate just like my mom and fiancée do which warmed my heart. This is really a special place filled with special people. Any time I come to boston stopping here is a must and is nonnegotiable.
