I often Travel to China and very picky with Chinese food. Hippo kitchen is the best Chinese restaurant I tried in MA. Authentic. My fav dish is “husband and wife lung slices. 夫妻肺片 (fūqī fèi piàn), often translated as “Husband and Wife Sliced Meat” — a famous Sichuan cold appetizer.
