We really enjoyed our first dinning experience at Isabella's. Always a good sign when a restaurant is busy on a cold Monday night in February. We dined here before a hockey game at the Garden. We arrived on a frigid evening. The host suggested a table away from drafts from the front door, very considerate! We enjoyed a simple burrata and some delicious warm bread before our entrees were served. The meals were presented beautifully and tasted even better than they looked. Overall one of our best North End dinners.
Two couples had an early dinner at Isabella's before a Celtics game. The restaurant was completely empty when we first arrived perhaps due to the cold temperature outside - but, our waiter settled us in with a warm welcome. He was very helpful and solicitous about menu selections, particularly in relation to one person with a gluten sensitivity.
