It’s really sad to write this, because I used to love JP House of Pizza about 5 years ago. It was fantastic pizza with great flavor and texture. Unfortunately, that is simply no longer the case. The cheese pizza has no flavor; the sauce, the cheese, and the crust are all tasteless and it literally tastes like a frozen pizza. The wings now have more breading than chicken. Both things I used to love here. Not sure what happened to this place, but it wasn’t good.

I come here to get a slice on occasion. The pizza is a little different than most with an airier crust, but it's one of my favorite and also convenient.

Honestly among the worst pizza I have ever had. The cheese just fell off their pizza. And the dough was tasteless. JP HOP used to be great, not sure where the pride in their pizza went. Go to West Roxbury and check out Christos Pizza. Day and night difference!

I placed a delivery order today . Food arrived quick and fresh! If you haven’t tried their chicken gyro and onion rings you’re missing out!!! Chicken marinade to perfection, lettuce and onions crisp and fresh the greek sauce completed the deliciousness ? Will be back for sure!!!

Does that look like a barbecue chicken pizza? There’s no barbecue sauce on it at all and even my kids kept asking me wheee the bbq sauce was. I paid 30$ for them to deliver a pretty crappy chicken pizza to say the least. The sauce tasted like canned sauce not homemade and the crust doesn’t even look like it was fresh, tastes like a frozen premade pizza basically. Definitely not worth it I wasted my money for sure

The food at JPHOP used to be great up until the last few years. Last week I ordered a grilled chicken ceasar salad. The croutons were soggy, the chicken was so overcooked that it was like eating shoe leather, and it was so over-seasoned that I chose to simply throw out this 13.50 salad. What a waste of money.

I ordered the turkey club sub, after taxes I swiped my card for $10 and some change. The guy who served me, said I was all set and didn’t offer me the receipt. I didn’t mind at the time so I didn’t ask. I get home later that day and there’s a 16$ charge on my card. They faked the receipt and tipped themselves $5 unauthorized. JP house of pizza make it right. They stole from me. NOT COOL. $5 may seem like nothing but I work too hard for your employees to steal my money. Tipping is not the issue, stealing is.
