I am turning 60 and was in town for dinner and stopped in at this old haunt of mine from when I was 40 years younger and 40lbs lighter. This was the spot in the 1980s when I worked as a messenger. Yes, Boston streets were once full of bike messengers, hundreds of them. Most with offices on Broad street and more than two dozen places of employment around the city. Larger law firms employed there own. This place was packed with them most afternoons and on Thursday and Friday hundreds...
Great place for drinks after work. No food served here But you can have pizza delivered here if you really want to eat which is a great perk allowed by management.

Fairly priced in Downtown Boston and a bit of a hole in the wall.

Local to T-stations red, orange, and purple so this is a good place to catch up with co workers or friend in Boston.

Cool pup, some beers to choose from. Unfortunately, by American standards, the TVs are not very well placed to watch American sports. This wouldn't be a problem either. But they are placed so poorly that guests sitting at other tables block the view.
Anyone nearby is definitely worth a detour. The food is not tried.
