Omg worst female customer service ever I’m

I saw multiple people enter and leave the store due to no staff behind the counter. Had to yell across the counter twice for someone to come out after waiting 5-10 minutes. Female employee seemed miserable and bothered by my presence after finally coming out. Needless to say, I will not be coming back.

I've been here twice an both times the employee that works there acts unhappy that customers are disrupting her texting, breaks etc. I can get a smoothie at Trader Joes with much better customer service.

The taste of the two smoothies I ordered were so bad. ?

They were very kind and it was quick service! My payment was not working at first but they were patient and even gave me a free serving of their soup. Everything tasted great. I will be visiting again.

What a wonderful experience today at Juice Press seaport. Brianna and Oman warmly greeted me. They pointed out some specials and ideas for lunch. They were enormously kind - I got the lentil soup and a chocolate peanut butter cup smoothie. I love the healthy ingredients in everything and of course the fabulous taste and customer service. This is always a stop for me in the seaport ! I love the staff and all the products. Great happy day thanks Brianna and Omar.

I went to juice press a few days ago and it was the best experience ever especially since it has been so cold outside lately the warmth was refreshing in there. The two people were very nice and accommodating when making my smoothie I got the strawberry banana and it was the best I have had in a while.

Smoothie took 20 minutes and the staff was rude. Specifically the dude working. I said "make me whatever I really like mango!" And he looked at me like I was an idiot. And stared at me until I was more specific. Ginger shot tasted good because it was premade in a bottle but a shot and a smoothie for $20??? Not worth it. Maybe would've been worth it if the staff wasn't so mean!!!!

Watery smoothie bowl that I had to consume with a straw. No fresh fruit toppings like you would expect for an acai bowl. And for the same price as other places that do it right. Boo.

Ordered an Açaí bowl on Uber eats. Ordered extra granola. Bowl came with no fruit or granola, just an Açaí soup.

This location is understaffed during rush hour. Waited 25 mins to literally pay for something out of the fridge because I ran out of time waiting on line and couldn’t actually order anything. Wouldn’t recommend unless you have 30+ mins to wait to order something - overheard lots of mistake orders too.

The acai bowls look nothing like the picture on the menu. They just blend everything together.

I placed an order ahead for a smoothie, but when I arrived to get it they told me they had unfortunately ran out of a key ingredient. I chose a different smoothie, she gave me the larger size at no cost, and offered a free juice while I wait. Amazing customer service!
