Not bad but supremely overpriced. I’m paying almost $15 for a smoothie?

The smoothies here are good, but I've stopped going for a couple reasons. This smoothie bar is located in the Equinox gym, where it's safe to assume most customers are conscious of calorie counts. I watched the woman making my smoothie put two handfuls of bananas into my drink which was supposed to be 110 calories total! You can't trust what's listed on the menu. Maybe more importantly, the customer service is awful. Every time I've been, I've waited to be acknowledged while the staff chats with each other behind the counter. Recently, one of the staff members was also sitting on the back counter eating - where food is prepared. It was off putting and seemed quite unsanitary. If you care about what you're eating and how you're treated, you are better off going somewhere else.

This place is hit or miss. Today was a miss. I found a long black hair caked in to my acai bowl. I went back to get a new bowl and began eating from the new bowl only to find another black hair (albeit shorter) in the granola. Confirmed it was not my hair. Needless to say, I won't be going back any time soon. Especially at that price.

Even though it's pricey since its organic like how most weeks they have samples of their products. Their menu changed a bit

This is an ok location. They are not really morning people though and 3 out of 5 times when I place an online order around 7am it's not ready when it's supposed to be. Then I feel like I should apologize for placing an online order so early. Good thing the smoothies are expensive so I don't go there very often.

Amazing vegan lentil chili. The smoothies are thin/watery though.

I went to the juice press for the first time about two weeks ago and I've gone around ten times since. The online ordering is super convenient and I've never had to wait for my order. I've tried a couple different smoothies (almond butter cup, advanced berry, f-ing genius, vanilla protein, strawberry banana protein, and fountain of youth) and my favorite by far is the f-ing genius. The staff is very friendly and helpful when it comes to explaining the ingredients in each drink. I haven't tried the packaged food from the refrigerator but that'll be my next adventure!

Equinox Franklin

225 Franklin street is the correct address, there are no signs for Juice Press outside but it is located inside the Equinox building.

Downgrade from previous juicebar at Equinox. Terrible recipes, with added sweeteners and water

False address

I tried to give this particularly location another shot, but they seriously need to get there $#!t together. Everytime I come here my bowl is either too watery or they skimped out on the toppings. I'm sick of this location, I prefer the one on Boylston St. The last time I came here the silly little cashier wouldn't accept a $2 bill smh.
