Been up here from Houston since Friday, Came to kings because I heard good things about the place. I was so disappointed with the service from Mike a Dark skinned Afro American man disrespected my husband and I. We ask for a manager and he said he was the manager, so I’m writing a review in hopes of someone contacting me. We had to leave very fast because we felt scared. Can someone get back to me.

We decided to go here after we went to an expensive restaurant in the Seaport and had a very disappointing experience. After bowling for an hour, I asked to extend and explained that I didn't midnight any extra cost because we were celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel special and totally salvaged the night. There are some awesome people working there. I highly recommend this location!

Melissa is the best !!! Went out for our 3 yr anniversary and we had an amazing time with amazing food and service. I can’t remember our servers name but she was awesome !! Can’t wait to come back again and cannot recommend enough ❤️

Amazing service. We came here three months ago. Our wonderful serviced Michael made us feel at home. We walked back in and he remember us by name. Michael is the best. Come here and he’ll make you fell like family too

This place is dope .. service was really good and management was awesome ! If you are in the seaport and you’re looking for a fun and classy place to drink dance eat and play games then this is it. We came here to pregame before we went out and it was dope ! Highly recommended!

Out of all the bowling alley’s in Boston I always end up right here in kings seaport ! The staff the atmosphere the food the drinks .. all 10/10 !! Love it down! And the manager king was the absolute best manager I’ve ever encountered! So polite and attentive ! Def recommend

1st time in Boston for a baseball game.. stopped in kings for food and bowling .. I can not praise Fredde that works here enough he went above and beyond to help us with everything .. he made our experience a million times better ..

Don't ever go with my girl's brother Anthony what a jerk! I think he has prior training at darts and ruined my dart experience. I lost every game by land slides. Darts are not easy.

We were all over 21, with valid IDs, yet the bouncer refused us entry because one friend’s ID said “Under 21 until [a date that had already passed].” Her actual birthdate clearly showed she was legal, but the staff ignored that and insisted we all couldn’t drink — using a completely false excuse.

It was obvious: this wasn’t about policy. It was about power and prejudice. The tone, the dismissiveness, the way we were talked down to — we weren’t welcome from the start.

If you’re a person of color, beware: they’ll find any reason not to let you in. We won’t be back.

Was here for 8 ball regionals, it does get busy during weekends, it’s a fun place to hangout with friends, food service is good.
