We had a two hour layover and this was the only thing we all could agree on. It was our server Brian's first day and both he and his supervisor Elvira took great care of us. We were tired and frazzled from traveling ( which to be honest isn't too far from our natural state) and Brian's patience with us made it a very peaceful experience. Elvira lead by example and she did everything right.
As a celiac I typically have a difficult time finding safe food at airports. This place was absolutely amazing at handling my dietary restriction. My server reassured me that they are very aware of cross contamination and my order was marked as gluten allergy when put into the kitchen. They have a dedicated GF fryer and I was so happy to have calamari which I havenāt been able to eat since before my diagnosis. I wish I lived in Boston so I could eat here more often.
