Booked outdoor expecting an igloo as shown in pics. Got closed in booths which was not what we hoped for but on top of that it was freezing in there. The ceiling heater seemed like it was just decoration. We tried to tough it out for a little but then just left. Server was very pleasant and apologetic, she did her best so her I would give 5 stars to.
Fabulous venue and views. We sat at a fire pit, in the middle of chilly January and enjoyed the stellar waterfront city view , very personalized service and diversity of seating options. It was too chilly to stay for a meal, so can't comment on the food, but great for a cocktail!
The ambiance is exceptional. The igloo is a rare treat. The server couldn't have been more attentive. The food selection is horrendous. Too many spicy options and no plain. There is not a healthy item on the menu. No desserts. The fact that music can't be turned down or turned off. Its so obnoxious one has a hard time having a conversation.
Excelente servicio !!llevé a mi esposo a celebrar su cumpleaños y la experiencia fue maravillosa , nos encantó
I booked because of the experience; it was great to have the city view from a rooftop with family and friends. I was almost an hour late and was still able to be seated with messaging through OpenTable to the restaurant - you cannot get anyone on the phone even if you leave a voicemail. The food is overpriced and overcooked. I know I haven't dined in Boston in a little bit but when did a sangria because a “specialty drink” at $24? And because I booked an igloo there was a minimum spend and gratuity was included which wasn't an issue because, outside of our server leaving without us knowing, it was fairly good service. It was an experience I won't pay for again, honestly. The igloo was great but the food was not.
wouldn't recommend eating here, food cold and not good. would just be prepared to drink a lot because there's a $50 minimum spend per person and then plan on eating elsewhere. service wasn't great. but the views and atmosphere were super good. great idea but execution was underwhelming
Atmosphere was amazing, great for pics and our waiter was super nice! Food and drinks were absolutely terrible and overpriced.
Chaotic service, mediocre food, and you cannot see the fireworks on NYE.

$20 for a glass of anything in plastic cups. Rude service. The servers could care less. Massively overrated. Usually frequented by dependent Gen Zs wanting a 'vibe'. If you want class, go to Davios.

Bartender lied and charged me 20$ for a mocktail. No worries though reported it to my bank. If you’re broke Johnny just say so I’d donate to you no problem.

Fun night in the igloos at Rooftop at the Envoy in the Seaport! Enjoyed festive holiday drinks with family while taking in gorgeous views overlooking Boston Harbor. The igloos were something different and made for a really special experience during the holiday season.
This was billed as a cozy experience with yummy snacks and, well, the "igloos" had uncomfortable folding chairs and were pretty cold to be in. The food was OK but presented sort of cafeteria style. Overall, would have been fine if we hadn't been lead to believe that it would be cozier/more luxurious
Excelente opción para disfrutar de una increíble vista de la ciudad. La comida es solo como para pasar una charla amena con algunos deliciosos snacks.
Great experience has the table with the fire kept up warm they gave us blankets too service was fantastic!
