The food, atmosphere, and the staff were all top notch! It has an upscale feel but its a casual dining place.

Saturday night, table of four, and we were zero for four on the entrees. We live in town and frequent the North End but first time here and it just missed the mark on food quality.

We had a nice time but I thought the portions were small for the price. The octopus appetizer was plentiful & amazing, but the pasta dishes weren't the best I've had in the North End and weren't very big. Service was excellent though.
Burrata appetizer was one of the worst dishes I've ever been served. A ball of burrata sitting on a glob of cinnamon apple sauce with cold root vegetables scattered around and a single slice of toasted cold focaccia...for $25. A poor start to the meal was followed up with poor, passive aggressive service. Entrees were fine, one dish was quite boring while the other was more innovative and had more depth. However, both lacked salt. Some of the other rooms may have been quieter or had better ambiance but the main/regular room was loud with several football fans downing beers and cheering and booing loudly at a the game. Overall, neither the food or experience can justify a bill that was over $200.
4 of us each got something different. The bolognese, tenderloin and pork chop were all very much enjoyed, the orrichetti was good, but not as good as the other 3 meals. We all split a cheesy garlic bread and liked that too. Very yummy all around.

Four of us, we ordered the tenderloin, pork chop and bolognese that were all LOVED, the orrichetti was good but not as good as the other 3 meals. The cheesy garlic bread to share was also delish.
Amazing experience! We just got apps and drinks before a game. The food was incredible. We are already planning our return

Food is always great there. The Braised Short Rib appetizer is the best thing on the menu for me!

As a party of 4 we had a table in Lucca's cozy basement that felt incredibly intimate on a busy Saturday night right before the holidays. Everyone's meal was excellent and the service was prompt without ever feeling rushed. This was a great dining experience in the middle of a neighborhood that sets a very high bar.

great experience. service was top notch, our app, pasta, and dessert were all excellent. in particular, the arancini ball special app was a fun twist on the typical, and the casarecce was incredible, with clearly fresh pasta.
glad we gave this a shot, this is a more modern take on Italian and its all fantastic

We had an amazing New Year's Eve family dinner here. They did very well with the nut allergy but were more limited accommodating the dairy allergy in our group. The service was impeccable!
