We had a great before show dinner. We were arriving late to our reservation so we called to let the restaurant know and the hostess was very grateful and said she'd hold the table for us. Several parking venues very close by. Our server was fantastic and attentive. The food was wonderful - I had Clams Casino and Chicken Broccoli Penne, she had soup and Chicken Carbonara. Everything was delicious. All was served timely and we were not rushed in any way. I will definitely go back next time in Boston!
Masamino's has always been one of the best places in the North End. The food was outstanding as usual. Congrats to the chef and the staff waitress was Kim and she was outstanding for always being on point.

Consistently amazing quality and taste ! Staff is attentive and service was very efficient
Went to Massimo's on a date night. The place was your traditional Italian restaurant with that wonderful smell coming from the kitchen. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the food.

This was one of the best meals we've ever had! My husband and I were celebrating our first wedding anniversary and we made a note in our reservation. The staff laid out a special table setup for us and it made our day! The food was incredible, the wine cellar was very cozy, and our server was fantastic. We can't wait to go back!
Massiminos is a perfect place to go before or after an event at the Garden... it's a very short walk and exactly what you imagine an authentic Boston North End Restaurant to be. The place is tiny. The tables are close together. It's loud. It smells amazing. The drinks and the food are excellent and the service was amazing. We enjoyed everything and will definitely come back again. One of the best Espresso Martinis I've ever had (I get them wherever we go) and the salad, eggplant/chicken parm combo, shrimp with linguini and dipping oil for the bread were unreal.
The food and service was fantastic! My parents love going to Italian restaurants and this is now their favorite one in Boston. We started with a fabulous antipasto and I had an espresso martini - one of the best I have ever had. Then my dad and I shared linguine with clams and vinegar peppers with chicken and sausage. My mom had the chicken broccoli penne in a garlic and oil sauce. Everything was delicious!

I was very disappointed at this place.
The halibt I ordered was dry and almost chewy. The space looks like a dungeon. Zero ambiance

My husband and I had a wonderful dinner at Massimino’s last night. The food was absolutely incredible, and the atmosphere was perfect. The highlight of our evening was the exceptional service we received from Bianca. She was so knowledgeable, kind, and made us feel genuinely welcome. We can’t wait to come back soon — especially to see her again!

Bianca was amazing ! She made this an unforgettable dinner and guided as through the menu options. What a great personality! All the specials sounded amazing. Recommended the best bottle of wine. We will be back and ask for Bianca again! We loved the Lobster ravioli and the pork chop vinegar and peppers!

AVOID FOR LARGE PARTIES - We booked a large party reservation for 14 two months in advance. When we got to the restaurant, they acted surprised by our party and spent over a half hour trying to arrange tables to accomodate us, and still ultimately we did not get to sit together. We ended up sitting 45 minutes after our reservation time.
Once we sat, they offered to bring us a bunch of appetizers, which seemed like an offer to make up for the wrongdoing - that is certainly how it was positioned. However, they charged us for everything (hundreds), and said their peace offering was limoncello shots (which none of us asked for and multiple people in our party were not drinking). We also paid a $100 deposit for the table, and when we got the bill they did not take that off, so we almost paid an extra $100.
In trying to make this right over email, the manager has been non-helpful. I am generally appalled at the customer service

Excellent, authentic italian. Great pregame spot for Celtics or Bruins games. Cozy seating so not the place for you if you want to be secluded
