The food was very good, we enjoyed the polpo con patate, insalata rughetta and a pizza margherita. They were quite busy and the dining area did get a bit loud. The next time we go I will leave more time for an espresso or digestivo and dessert.
The service was terrible. We had a 6:15 reservation. Were seated 30 minutes late and didn't get food until 7:45pm. The table was so sticky you were afraid to touch it. The food was decent. Everything else was awful.
Start with service was excellent. However the food leaves more than a little to be desired. I ordered the carbonara and my wife had the sausage in creme sauce. I dont know any other way to describe my dish except eating a can of Campbell's chicken noodle soup undiluted with a can of cream of chicken thrown on top of it. The flavor ranged from extremely salty one bite to thick, pasty blandness the next. Wife's sausage dish was tolerable after adding a good bit of black...
