My gfr is crazy about this place, it is her chocolate heaven. As for me I have tried couple dishes and they tasted good.

I give this spot a thumbs up. I'll return with my relatives. Prices were average for the menu. Not so close to my office, unfortunately.

The food was lovely as always. Just that the wait is a little too long even when it's not extremely busy . But food is yum.

I love Max Brenner. They closed their shop in Vegas so now I have to travel to Boston to have it. They have the most wonderful chocolate and desserts in general.

The restaurant overall looks nice, the service wasn't bad but the food was below average. There's a reason this place is known for desserts and not entrees. The food was cold and under seasoned. There was nothing special about this place, honestly the desserts didn't live up to the hype. This place is over priced and not worth the money.

Upon entering Max Brenner, the aroma of chocolate is delightful and initiates the craving for sweets! Their specialty is chocolate and deserts so that is what I planned on experiencing. They did not disappoint. I personally am not into anything super fancy or anything, but i shared a very large pie shaped chocolate chip cookie that was everything a cookie should be. The presentation of everything ordered was amazing (again, i only ordered chocolate and deserts), and tasted very good! My favorite part was most certainly the drinks. Each drink ordered had a generous amount of alcohol, and could be treated as a dessert in itself.Aside from the food and drinks, the cleanness of the establishment could use a little more work. There is creative decorations within the building and the layout of the seating is pretty, but slightly crowded (even though it was nearly empty when I visited). The service was ok, a little need of improvement regarding customer service. Even sitting at the bar the customer service could have used a little more work. My party did feel slightly rushed (only in the establishment just under 30 minutes), and despite each menu item feeling somewhat overpriced, it was very nice experience overall. I did get a confused vibe of which crowd the owner is trying to attract, it feels very family friendly however the music genre and volume felt like they are advertising for the young party-go-errs. Great experience, and the location of the establishment is in a very touristy area!

The food itself is just alright but it's got so many fun, creative items on the menu it's great for a date night or girl's night out. The drinks and savory food menu items have a chocolate-themed twists on them (such as cocao dusted waffle fries, Onion rings with dark chocolate ranch, etc). When I came I tried the crystal churros fondue ($12) and some sort of waffle sandwich with beef that I don't think is on the menu anymore. DELICIOUS chocolate desserts so this is a must-try for any chocoholic. It's pricey but I feel like you pay premium for the experience. And obviously, the presentation is beautiful and innovative. The atmosphere is dimly lit and classy.

I forget what this specific desert was called, but it was a chocolate pizza. I got half the whole thing which was 13$ I think, but it was delicious! Bread was a bit dry but I got what I had wanted. Though, I do not believe it's worth 13 for one half. I believe this place is too expensive, but if you want to treat yourself to overpriced deserts, it can be delicious!

We were pleasantly surprised at the portion sizes that we received. We enjoyed the quinoa salad and margarita pizza. The desserts were fun and delicious--we tried the waffle and the build-your-own cone. Our server was attentive and helpful. Max Brenner's is an excellent choice for any chocolate-lover and would be a great date or girls' night out spot.

The chocolate dessert options are definitely the stars of this restaurant. And to be honest, that's what drew us there. We did have "regular" food for dinner before the chocolate desserts, but that food was on the disappointing side, in comparison to their desserts. Now that I've been to their Boston location (which was small and full, but not overwhelmingly crowded), I can get away with not trying their New York City location (which will likely be overwhelmingly crowded!).
