Arrived at 6am for breakfast, but was told by an employee putting out the garbage that opening had been moved to 7. Nobody bothered to put up a sign. Was in a hurry and this really impacted my morning. Usually McDonalds do much better. Maybe complacency is setting in.

I got my food around 9 to 10 pm and it came put cold, food order was inaccurate, and the place was extremely dirty, more then a normal mcdonalds.

Refused to honor deal of free fries Friday deal through mobile app despite me making a purchase and meeting the spend requirement. Told me to make an additional purchase if I wanted the free fries. Not the first time this location failed to honor the app deals.
They actually provide table service when you order on the app unlike the one across from the commons

Been in line for 30 minutes, customer service is horrible and no one listens. So packed and complicated. The employees just walk away. You can barely hear them. Update: my food was on the rack for 25 minutes and they forgot about it, and ignored when we asked.

Service is shocking and food mediocre. Bathrooms are locked and you need to ask permission to use them. Felt very uncomfortable in this McDonalds as staff treat you like scum.
