I showed up at 23:45 and they said that the kitchen is closed even tho i i had a mobile order 10min before, never ordering again from here as they supposed to not close that kitchen till 23:50 at least
Absent sanitizers, absent restrooms, absent trash bins, and ice in beverages when you mentioned that it should be without it.

This is the worst McDonalds in the entire United States. There is 10 clueless people standing around unable to complete the simplest of orders. A drink and a fry, pre ordered my mobile during a slow hour is taking 17 minutes and counting. This is pathetic.

Got it right on paper, double cheeseburger no pickles, extra onions, extra ketchup. They put ABSOLUTELY NO ONION but if you can't read a simple order this isn't the place you should be working. People pay for their food it should be prepared the way its ordered. It's and judging by the reviews this happens often

I requested a combo breakfast. The egg mcmuffin and home fries were made correctly. They got confused with a black coffee cream and sugar on the side. I received a coffee with cream no sugar. Every so often they get the orders correct. It's not rocket science. Hello...

I have been going to this McDonald’s for weeks getting a hash brown and a cup of ice. I’ve never paid for ice now all of a sudden it’s a dollar and nobody speaks English.

This is my second time ordering here and they got my order wrong twice. I put down no ketchup, and this is the second time they put ketchup on my burger in which I can’t return because I’m on break and when I notice as soon as I get back to work I would suggest ordering there instead of Creating a mobile order because I still had to wait a few minutes for my order even though I ordered 10 minutes ago. Crazy

I hate when I order on Uber and forget to change the location, this is literally the worst location McDonald location in all of Boston, because when u order from here you can tell the food is a day old and and not the highest quality and they always forget items in my order. I ordered two fish fillet meals and the both fries were missing. I also got chicken nuggets and even though I don’t live far from this location they were cold and had small hard chunks in them. I also got a got a happy meal and every item that should be hot was some how cold and tasted like it was made yesterday put in the fridge then put under a heat lamp. The milk that came with the was expired, I know it’s just a day but for a franchise like McDonald’s having something that’s expired is just not acceptable.

They don’t know how to use the pos system, they closed 2 hours early , charged me 6 dollars for a mix n match that is supposed to be 3.99.They employees barely speak English which wouldn’t be a problem but they are talking trash about customers in their native tongue (creole/ espanol )and them being purposely difficult to customers who just want their food
