I had a very disappointing experience at one of your restaurants. On August 2nd, 2025, we went through the drive-thru and ordered several burgers, including McCrispy sandwiches. The service was extremely slow and disorganized. On top of that, one of the McCrispy sandwiches was in bad condition, showing signs of mold or bacteria, which is completely unacceptable and a health risk.
When we noticed the issue, we went back immediately and explained the situation to the staff. We also mentioned that we had asked for no pickles, but the sandwiches still had pickles. Although they replaced the sandwich, the employee who helped us didn’t apologize or show any concern, which shows a serious lack of professionalism and customer service.
We also called the restaurant to speak with a manager, and no one answered or returned our call. To this day, I’m still waiting for a response or even an apology.
This is very poor service overall, and I hope you take this complaint seriously, especially since it involves food safety and customer respect.

The girl who took my order at the window was so miserable, yeah it was only 7 in the morning, but you are getting paid to take my order, nobody's forcing you to be there!!!! Cheer up buttercup!

Lately this place is giving cold or re-fried nuggets after 11pm. Most importantly they need to clean the soda machine. There is no reason why a coca cola tastes super sugary… like if its an expired PEPSI being giving. PLEASE CLEAN THE DRINKS FOUNTAIN AND STOP RE FRYING THE FOOD.

Waited 30 minutes in line for a pickup order, they overcooked and burnt the chicken nuggets. Ran out of ketchup. Plus homeless people came up to the window where you accept the food and were begging.

Everytime I come to this McDonald’s there’s a problem with the order! I ordered 2 meals and only received 1 meal. You get to the window and all u hear is the workers laughing and taking. Almost chocked on fries . Fries hard and rough food is always cold
Extremely late on the food waited half an hour for a curbside order and eventually had to go through the drive-through. I also do not recommend they forget food a lot.

This McDonalds is a joke. Employees are so rude. Never get my order right and then act like I ordered wrong. This morning first thing I ordered were drinks then my food. Get to the window and the woman working tries to say I never ordered them and I couldn't place the order for them at the window! Like seriously? You messed my order up and now your gonna tell me I can't get what I ordered? It wouldn't even be so bad except the fact I had a similar situation a few months ago where they messed my order up and then wouldn't fix it.

Check this out I got a frappe caramel last week. The Supervisor tell me that I did not pay and I had to pay for two and I got a order number one the whole hamburger was all sloppy the soda like water worst place ever I do not recommend it to nobody. They will not see my money. 💰 even the employees they were speaking in Spanish and this is the worst place to work. You could imagine.
