I only give it 4 stars because the hashbrowns were soggy and there’s no where inside or outside to sit and enjoy your meal! The breakfast sandwiches were delicious and the staff was friendly. We’d visit again to try more of the menu.

Mike & Patty’s is a staple in Boston. Everyone is so welcoming and the food is to die for. Don’t try to be healthy and make sure you order the Bfast Grilled Crack with a big cup of coffee. Eat at the counter (only two seats) or take your sandwich outside and stroll the village.

Legit corner sandwich shop. Let me emphasize corner. Don’t plan to eat inside at a table. There were 5 guys working behind the counter making the magic happen; room for maybe 3-4 customers to stand inside and order. Get your sandwich to go and walk to the corner park at Melrose and Church to enjoy it outdoors. I got the Grilled Crack…lived up to its name! I would’ve taken a pic but was too hungry.
