The sushi is amazing, the dumplings appetizer is delicious, and the small intimate atmosphere with TVs and a small bar makes it a fun place to visit. May, a Server, is delightful, friendly, and attentive.
Sushi is complicated in USA. this place is among good ones.

5 stars for the excellent food, 3 stars for the discomfort felt afterwards. Maybe the water glass wasn't cleaned perfectly? Crispy salmon was a highlight though

Will definitely stop in here again next trip to Boston. Very high quality sushi, quick service, fair price. If you are headed out to Castle Island make this a stop.

this place stinks out loud. Ordered sushi at 6 and haven’t gotten it yet. It’s 7:30 for reference. Never go here unless you enjoy waiting years for your food to come.

Elegant spot in South Boston. We had a reservation for a table but requested to sit at the sushi bar since the available tables were quite close to the door, which had no vestibule to buffer the cold air rushing in. The host graciously allowed us to tuck in at the sushi bar (there's a regular bar too and they seemed to be serving food there for those guests as well). My husband and I shared a fried softshell crab, which was helpfully cut into pieces that allowed easy eating with chopsticks, as well as pork gyoza. For dinner he had sushi and I had shrimp and vegetable tempura. Both came with miso soup, which was comforting on a cold night. The space is "cozy" with tables close together. I use walking sticks but had no trouble navigating the tight space; I'm not sure whether wheelchair users could do so, so ask when reserving if you have a wheelchair user in your party.
Love the sushi and bibimbap!

The sushi was incredible and the gyoza were some of the best I've ever had. Great service also!

Moko is my go-to sushi spot in Boston. The staff are absolutely incredible, Mai and Lucky are the absolute best, so welcoming and are so fun to chat with. The sushi is always so fresh, and they have some really creative rolls - the Southie roll and Wild Fire roll are my favorites! This is honestly one of my favorite places to go for dinner, 10/10 recommend!
