I had the Carmel banana French toast and it was delicious. If you haven’t had it yet you’re missing out. Can’t wait to go back and try something different.
Very good value and they have many good options on their menu.
The name of this restaurant is very fitting, given how absolutely phenomenal it is! If you're in the Beacon Hill area, don't miss the opportunity to feast on one of the many delectable dishes offered here!! I made the taco appetizer my dinner; each taco is $7 and worth every cent!! I ordered one chicken, one pulled pork, and one carne asada. Each one as delicious as the next!!
Run, don't walk to The Paramount! You won't regret it!!!

The Paramount is a cozy and popular diner perfect for weekend brunch. Despite potential wait times, the restaurant's great food and atmosphere make it well worth the visit. The menu boasts mouth-watering options, including the lunch burrito with steak, pork sausages, and kale salad. The staff is wonderful, and prices are reasonable. The breakfast sandwiches, waffles, and fruit salad are also tasty, making The Paramount a great spot to rest and dine in.
The restaurant recently added cocktails to the menu, including delicious passion fruit Bellinis and Irish coffee. Customers have praised the perfectly prepared mushroom ham and cheese omelette, the whole grain toast, and the fresh fruit cup. The menu also features seasonal specials, such as the corned beef hash with eggs over medium served on St. Patrick's Day. The open kitchen and quick, attentive service contribute to the overall positive dining experience at The Paramount.
