You can tell the Karen's and Darren's by their reviews here. Mortons has always been great. Best pizzas/calzones around. Not everything is the best but definitely better than most. Any issue I've had they have fixed right away. I love mortons.

I went to Morton Street Pizza and I bought a chicken broccoli ziti and I ended up buying a pepperoni and ham calzone why I decided to share my chicken and broccoli ziti with my Son my 16 year old son inside of it and the chicken and broccoli ziti had glass inside the ziti be careful what you buy at Morton Street I called them to let them know that the chicken and broccoli ziti had glass inside of it and they told me there is nothing they can do Morton Street Pizza is not a good place to go buy food to feed your kids be aware make sure you look at your food before you feed your kids Morton Street Pizza ? ?????on Morton Street is the worst place to go to ?????

Picked up a pizza, walked out of store, pizza felled out of the box and landed on the ground. Went right back to the restaurant and told them what happened, spent $25 and they refused to replace my pizza. The manager told me he does not care if I file a police report. I am a senior and that treatment at this establishment is a disgrace.Customer service was terrible. I've had been ordering from this establishment a number of time. This will be the last.

already had three issues with this place, love the food and it's around the corner from me, so that's why I go back about but the drink service and ordering for delivery everything always comes with an issue and the customer service up front awful!

Ordered here a couple time this month and last month, the food is mediocre if not bad (way too much salt and oil).The reason for this review isn’t to highlight the poor quality of the food…that pales in comparison to how bad customer service is. THEY’RE VERY RELUCTANT TO FIX THEIR MISTAKES. I can’t emphasize this enough because it’s happened to me on multiple occasions.One time where the cheap plastic they used to cover the ziti broke and got into the food. The food was so hot, it literally broke down the plastic into the food. We couldn’t eat the food at all because of the plastic. When we called up, they literally said. “I don’t know what you want us to do” and not knowing what to do next we tried expressing that we can’t eat it and they hung up.Another time I ordered shrimp ziti Alfredo w/ broccoli. They added chicken to it and I couldn’t eat it because of the chicken. They told me it automatically comes with chicken and I had to say no chicken. Then she acted like their was bad reception and hung up in my face. I called back and reception seems to have been just fine.
