I have always ordered delivery, but I was in the area today so I popped in for a quick bite to eat.. Their beef teriyaki is one of the best, but I would not recommend eating in.. There are only 4 small tables.. I ordered a small beef teriyaki and small fried wonton, and after waiting for a half hour, I asked where my food was.. They forgot about me, even though I was the only person in the restaurant the entire time I was there.. Then they gave me pan fried dumplings instead of wontons.. The food is good, but they were severely off their game today, and it wasn't even remotely busy at 2PM on a Wednesday.. I will still have it delivered, but I probably won't eat in again

Low quality food and the service was even worse....probably the worst customer service I have ever received outside of Comcast

I've been ordering delivery and pickup for about 5 years now when I can't handle the wait for dumplings from Chinatown. The food is great, I've never experienced issues with quality, over/under seasoning, and the delivery drivers have always been very nice. This isn't upscale food, but for americanized Chinese, it's the best I've found in Boston.

Used to be the BEST in all of Boston (no exaggeration!) but recently sold to new ownership. The place is truly awful now. I'll never go there again. I wish I could find out where their old chef went bc I'd go there right now.

Maybe we've been super lucky. Most of the reviews are tad bit belligerent to say the least. I frequent this small Chinese food restaurant and have never experienced poor costumer service. After reading the reviews I've tried using other local eateries and the food has not been the same. Tonight specifically, our food arrived timely. Even faster than we were originally informed. The delivery man carried an amicable smile and was courteous. When we checked our order the steamed white rice that came with our entree was missing. We followed with a quick call. Since it was the one thing our little guys was going to eat The gal that answered the phone, quickly apologized and sent the driver back with our rice. Not sure if he carries extras in his vehicle, but it arrived in less that 5 minutes. Now, as for the food. For an inexpensive fast food joint, I have to say that the food was great. Glad we made the choice to go with Nanning this rainy night in!

It's staggering how much human garbage say the food was decent but then give one star because of a mistake on the order or a late delivery at 11pm on a weekend night. Stop being whiny, self-important pieces of shí®t and give a review on the FOOD, first and foremost. Inconvenience is worth a star. Don't be an asshoIe. That being said, they're one of the top two if not the best Chinese in the neighborhood. You want fancy? Get an uber and spend twenty bucks to go to Chinatown, you lazy sack.

I'd totally include photos of my food, but since it never came I guess I'll have to use a photo of my empty plate. Now, it may make sense to call them to ask where my food is, however they have refused to answer the phone for the past hour. Literal trash, one star is far too generous.

Robbery. That says it all.

5 stars for sure for its tier. Obviously, it's not fine dining. But the portion was huge, and the food is what you'd expect from any run of the mill American Chinese food place. Delivery took less than 20 minutes, & he came right into the hotel lobby. Quick and easy. The crab rangoons were bombbbb!

Hands down the most filthy, discusting place to eat. What are they thinking! I was going to throwup and had to leave the establishment quickly. Why is the city not closing this place.

Let it be a lesson to all new restaurant owners: if the place was very successful RETAIN THE ORIGINAL CHEFS AND DON'T CHANGE THE RECIPES!

I order their pu pu platter and every time there is something burnt in it, usually it's the boneless spare ribs, or the chicken wings which this last batch tasted like it was wrapped in a salt bucket. I get it delivered ask for napkins, they never send any or and plasticware is iffy. Tell then just sweet & sour, extra no other sauces they don't listen. There food is not bad if not burnt, or over salted, I am not a salt person so didn't appreciated my wings tasting like Morton's salt.
