I have always ordered delivery, but I was in the area today so I popped in for a quick bite to eat.. Their beef teriyaki is one of the best, but I would not recommend eating in.. There are only 4 small tables.. I ordered a small beef teriyaki and small fried wonton, and after waiting for a half hour, I asked where my food was.. I've been ordering delivery and pickup for about 5 years now when I can't handle the wait for dumplings from Chinatown. The food is great, I've never experienced issues with quality, over/under seasoning, and the delivery drivers have always been very nice. This isn't upscale food, but for americanized Chinese, it's the best I've found in Boston.
Maybe we've been super lucky. Most of the reviews are tad bit belligerent to say the least. I frequent this small Chinese food restaurant and have never experienced poor costumer service. After reading the reviews I've tried using other local eateries and the food has not been the same. Tonight specifically, our food arrived timely. Even faster than we were originally informed.
