30 minute wait for a weak and watery coffee. This place should not be taking online orders on a busy weekend.

Coco cloud ube is a unique and must try drink :)
Stopped by Phinista and got a Cà Phê Trứng with extra foam on top and they added it for free which I really appreciated. The coffee was rich and creamy, just like how it should be. I also got an Iced Saigonese Coffee and it was super smooth and flavorful. I love the vibe there. Will def come back whenever I’m back in Boston.

I got the cold cut banh mi and it was ok ish. They need to slice the meats a little thinner if they want to call it bánh mì. It came out fast and service was friendly but there was no place to sit while most of the tables were taken up by people with laptops who either have no food or drink or had finished and are just sitting there taking up space. I had to eat my food outside in the cold while these people have been there for who knows how long.

Long wait time for just a coffee/capuccino made it not worth it. Muffin was ok, pretty sure just ordered in from somewhere.

Very good spot in this area. Banh mi were very good but not nearly the best in Boston. Interesting drinks. Outdoor seating is good when available.
Ube latte is super sweet and artificial despite getting less sugar, would not get again tasted too grainy
Waited 20 minutes for an iced latte that was meh. One person making coffee, no apology on the massive delay. Go elsewhere.

Great food, Uncle Ho would be proud!
Vietnamese egg coffee (Cà Phê Trứng) is SO GOOD. I've never seen another place in Boston offer this!

Came here for brunch ~noon. We ordered two banh mis to go because the place was packed, but seating magically opened up. I like that they ask you if you want your coffee less sweet, because classic Vietnamese coffee + condensed milk can be pretty sugary. Matchas are hand-whisked to order!
Banh mis were good—crispy, soft baguettes with the right amount of pickled daikon + cucumbers. My lemongrass steak was a bit tough; my jaw was tired by the time I finished the whole thing.
Love the vibe (free books & board games), indoor & outdoor seating (beware of wasps that also love the sandwiches), and a good assortment of baked goods. Bought a pistachio muffin on my way out because they looked so perfect💚 will get the strawb matcha latte or ube latte next time

The Vietnamese iced coffee is not authentic. Odd after taste.
