Authentic Chinese cuisine! Highly recommend the seafood dishes, all very legit and fresh. We wish SF Bay Area had a restaurant like this.
Chinese food late night 🥢 Every dish is delicious. If you like fresh fish, I recommend this place.
Great value and atmosphere
Very authentic Chinese/Cantonese restaurant. Portions are large and suitable for large groups.
I have been coming here for years and it’s always been good , great food just look at my pic, nice inside , great staff and open late , delicious food and lunch specials are plenty !
Huge menu with authentic Chinese cuisine. Very nice atmosphere too.
Jumbo Seafood is hands down one of the best late-night dining spots in the area. We came in pretty late, but the staff were still welcoming, attentive, and never rushed us. The seafood was incredibly fresh, and every dish was bursting with flavor. The chili crab lived up to the hype, perfectly cooked with a rich, savory sauce that we couldn’t stop dipping into. The cereal prawns were a fun surprise ,crispy, sweet, and addictive.
What really stood out was the overall experience: efficient service, generous portions, and a lively yet relaxed vibe even late at night. It’s rare to find a place open this late that doesn’t compromise on quality. If you’re craving seafood after hours, Jumbo Seafood is a must. We’ll definitely be back!
preferred Chinatown family meal spot. maybe not the best, but still my favorite.
service is authentic and kind.
if you’ve finished your meal, expect to be kicked out for other reservations waiting on tables. please make an effort to understand the culture and don’t be a jerk about it.
pea pod stems and egg yolk crab are highlights.
*dim sum ONLY in daytime! not for dinner.
Judge it urself. 3 dishes (half roast duck, curry beef stew, seafood soup) cost $100+including 18% tips
Little beef in the stew. Soup and duck seems premade
Not coming back again!

Rude Staff, Poor Service. The staff were unhelpful and dismissive. This inattentiveness created a frustrating dining experience. Not recommended.

my friend and i ate at Jumbo Seafood yesterday and to say the experience was a disappointment would be an understatement. the service was absolutely atrocious and we felt very unwelcomed by our servers - they were not at all patient with us and had a snappy/rude tone. during our meal, i asked for some soy sauce and spoons and before i even finished my request, the server walks away! i was mid-sentence and honestly very shocked. then as my friend was trying to grab a last piece of food, the server starts to take the dish away while she still has her chopsticks in it! not only that, but when we decided to only tip 10% our server made a scene out of it, saying how the minimum is 15% and we may not tip less than that! i found that appalling because the service was horrendous! he tried to argue with us, and when we made it clear that we will not be tipping more, he passively aggressively stared at me for a long time. i felt so uncomfortable by his demeanor and got up and left. it is safe to say that we will never be returning again, and will warn others to be wary of this restaurant’s attitude!

Service was absolutely horrible—probably the worst I've ever had. I've been to this restaurant multiple times before, but my experience has never been like this. I was overwhelmed by the food options so I asked the waiter (a skinny, balding, middle-aged Chinese man) what type of noodles they had. He raised his voice at me, aggressively pointed at the menu, and told me to read it instead of asking him, even though that's very much part of his job. We decided to only tip 10% because of his horrendous attitude, and he repeatedly demanded that we tip more even though we clearly expressed that it was due to him being rude. We eventually stood up and left, and will not be returning ever again. Extremely angry and disappointed, especially given the expensive price of the food.

The coconut soup with fresh chicken is always my favorite! The lady who served me is very nice, and she remind me of my elder family who will tell me that my soup is getting cold. Thank you!

Food was good. I stayed there for less than an hour with my mom and when we finished paying, the older Asian waiter told us we had to leave the restaurant because people were waiting for our table. We could not believe our ears because we had been there for not long and had just finished paying and were finishing our beer. Not sure he would have said that to a man. Because of this negative experience, we won’t be returning there and don’t recommend you going if you don’t want to feel rushed. It was not good customer service and we did not feel welcomed.it ruined our Friday night. That is not how you treat paying patrons who also gave you a good tip!
