The service is second to none, led by true hospitality professionals who are attentive, kind, and incredibly gracious. The staff are super knowledgeable, friendly, and full of wit. The new chef is truly talented, and the passion for curating a culinary experience is clear. The dishes are divine and almost too pretty to eat. Specific meals enjoyed include the leek soup, the oyster with rhubarb mignonette and vanilla foam, the French onion soup, the Coronado ceviche, the Grecian Branzino, the matcha soufflé, the chocolate cheesecake mousse, the octopus, the burger, a shaved salad, a carbonara, duck confit tortelloni, and a chicken dish. Every dish is made with care and the presentation is beautiful. The restaurant is on the pricier side but worth it for the service and incredible food. Nine is perfect for a celebration, a date night, or a Gram pic. The atmosphere is described as a world-class experience, and guests look forward to their inevitable return.
