Their lobster rolls are fine, but sushi is terrible. Rice is overcooked and very cold, fish is of poor quality. Maki are heavily drizzled with spicy mayo. Go get sushi from the supermarket instead.
North end sushi is delicious, affordable, and truly just has amazing quality in every food item I’ve tried - many different rolls, crab Rangoon, edamame, gyoza etc. I’ve been ordering delivery from here for years. I moved to the north end and unbeknownst to me, it’s a 2 minute walk from my new spot!!! Very excited to have a go-to sushi place.
Not the worst worst, but the variety and quality of the platter are seriously lacking. It’s heavy on salmon and basic tuna cuts, with nothing particularly high quality. The only upside is that it is afforable.
It might be fine for people used to mediocre sushi, but I’ve had better sushi in a landlocked state—and that says a lot.
