Breakfast here was marvelous. Lofty gluten free pancakes, lovely eggs Benedict, good oatmeal, simple standards treated gently and well.
Went there for thanksgiving dinner last year. Three of us. They tell us it's " family style", and then they bring out two rolls, and two salads. Then two helpings of turkey. Needless to say it was ridiculous and embarrassing and needless, and we won't be back. I am warning you about them. You will need to buy your child a happy meal and wife some expensive jewelry after an experience like that.
Great service and accommodations during the pandemic with friendly staff as always. Only downside is the limited menu due to the pandemic.
Thanks for the 5-star kudos, William! We're so glad to hear how well our team took care of you and that you enjoyed your entire experience. Hope to see you again soon!
Very good food in a beautiful room and the service was great. A real treat to eat in such an amazing decor with yummy food!
We had the scallops so savory incredible reduction fantastic trumpet mushrooms! The atmosphere is a complete delight with comfy wing back chairs designed so you want to linger and have dessert. Speaking of dessert incredible bread pudding and hazelnut Paris brest it is other worldly. Service was excellent and friendly extremely beautiful historic decor airy yet intimate just lovely. Perhaps my favorite place to dine in Boston!
The building itself and the inside is BEAUTIFUL! You can go here just to sit and admire all the handwork done to the ceiling. I went here for breakfast. I had the Avocado Toast and the Breakfast Basket. Both were really good. A very chic and nice place that you must go during your time in Boston!
One of the fine and classic restaurant and bar. Had a wonderful night.
This place is amazing!! We went for brunch. The ambiance is exquisite. The service is divine. The food was fresh, relevant, well portioned, carefully thought out and delicious.
Came with a group of friends to do a cocktail bar crawl....we combined words. Use your imagination. I had something very smokey that I wish was called the smoke show but was definitely not. It was the priciest thing on the menu but I think it was worth it for the top shelf liquors that were in it as well as the show (they used a torch to smoke the glass up). Service was quick and actually put on that show, which I did not expect and could imagine them getting tired of doing it but they didn't let on.
Excellent service, welcoming and personable staff, delicious and freshest food, tasty cocktails, and an impressive wine and beer list! OAK is amazing. Can you please provide me with the email address of a manager? Thanks so much!
It's located next to the lobby of Fairmont Copley Plaza Hotel. I was there for breakfast. The breakfast menu was decent with enough options, including lobster benedict. That is very bostonian! Ha! The service was good and the atmosphere was great. The restaurant has very high ceilings with a lot of details and big tall windows with winter sunshine coming through. It is a pleasant way to.start a day here.
Great lobster roll, relaxed ambiance. Menu is limited for breakfast, they only do brunch on weekends. Also the service could be a bit more polished.
Matt G. Was one of the best and attentive bartenders ive met in my 58 years on this planet. Keep him around and I'll keep returning.
The place was packed but Noni was able to squeeze us into a nice table. Drinks and snacks were incredible. Great ambiance, great staff. Will definitely be back soon. Really appreciate the customer service.
