I have been ordering from this place since its been open. But lately the last about five times I have been there, this one guy who works there always seems to have an attitude any time I place an order. I said to him one time about how I wanted the change and he gave me all bills, gave me an attitude. Every time since he has given me an attitude that's rather unnecessary. He's not the black haired guy, is the completely bald one. For someone who interacts with the people, he should keep his attitude in check with customers. We are paying customers and we should not have to put up with that type of attitude and disrespect. Next time I will say something to him or will just report him. Something should be done, he needs a new line of work. I don't know why he is still employed
If you want to wait over an hour for wings. Then it’s great

I got the absolute worst food poisoning here from an Italian sub, had to get 2 IVs and was out for many days. I called just to let the restaurant know so it wouldn't happen to anyone else and they never said sorry or asked if I was ok or tried to make up for it they just said they haven't received any reports of it and hung up as if I was making it up.

Be prepared to wait even when you call ahead as they forgot about my order and didn't seem to care at all. Food is also very average and not cheap

This used to be one of my favorite spots and I just moved back to Southie after 9 years and I’m happy to report that it’s still awesome! I always get the steak tips, Greek salad and I love the jalapeño poppers. The staff is always super kind and it always comes out on time. I’m so glad it’s still in the neighborhood!

I popped in for a pie, this very large man with a beard came out and started yelling for no reason. He said he was the manager, I believe his name was Rafael. Total Garbage. I will never visit this site again.
