I love eating at P&R for lunch. But the service here is super slow. You will spend at least 20 minutes in there waiting for your food. The atmosphere inside is clean and quite. you’re able to sit in. Enjoy your food once you receive it but once you go outside, beware..Parking: Busy Street so really, no parking.
Jamaican jerk chicken out of control incredible. I wish I had taken a picture, thighs, breast, spicy yet tender and juicy. cabbage is so crisp.

AVOID THIS PLACE! The workers at this place are the reason it is hard to support local black business . They acted like they were doing me a service to make my food , eyerolls , huffing and puffing , slamming your hand on the counter multiple times . The food was not great at all. I ordered jerk chicken and it does not look like it at all more like stew chicken .Weird smell as well .I would never go back and if I could have I would request a refund because overall this

JUST STOPPED THERE AFTER WORK TO GET PATTIES AND THEY HAVE AN OPEN SIGN IN THE WINDOW, BUT THE DOORS ARE LOCKED. THERE IS NO ONE IN THE PLACE AND THERE NO FOOD. IT’S 5:40 ON A THURSDAY. I EVEN CALLED TO MAKE, JUST IN CASE. MY SON REALLY WANTED SOME PATTIES.

Great place for quick bite and quality food. Staff are efficient and kind. Beef Pattie’s are my go to for Jamaican food and p&r is up there. Good work y’all lol
Chileeee , I love P&R but I never got anything but a patty on a bun and grape ice cream. And I will continue to do just that. I got stewed chicken, rice and peas and cabbage. The cabbage had a funny smell but between the smell and taste i couldn't stomach it. The chicken was very much over, under cooked and dry ( yes, i was confused too) the only thing I could really eat was the rice. Thankfully I got a patty because I would've starved to death if I didn't.

Great, authentic jamaican at reasonable prices. Everything was delicious and decent portions. Highly recommend the curry goat and ackee and saltfish. Also surprisingly solid vegetarian options. Friendly staff and quick service to boot.
